Sr. Frances Marie Penwell, S.N.D. House
Parent
Sister Frances has been a Sister of Notre Dame from
Toledo, Ohio for 30 years. She was born in Toledo, Ohio.
Frances has her Masters of Education Degree from the
University of Toledo and has taught 26 years in Ohio,
Indiana, Florida and in Papua New Guinea experiencing
all 9 Grades from first to eighth, High School and was a
Senior Lecturer at a teacher college level.
Sister looks at each new day as a special blessing and a
unique gift being a part of our Children’s Ranch.
